The 2019 Lexus ES will be officially revealed at the Beijing Auto Show on Wednesday, April 25th, however, the world was treated to a sneak peek of the all-new luxury sedan a little early. Did you get a chance to see the teaser video from Lexus? If not, you can check it out on the Lexus Enthusiast site here. From what we can tell, the all-new ES is a head-turner and closely resembles the recently released LS 500 (which is a very, very good sign). If the 2019 ES follows the same bold design direction that we’ve seen already with the Lexus LS, then we’re sure to see some exciting new features.
Here’s what we do know, the 2019 Lexus ES will be available in 4 different models or trim levels: Basic/Premium ES 350, Luxury ES 350, Ultra Luxury ES 350 and a new F SPORT ES 350. The engine will remain a V6 but will offer undoubtedly more power and greater efficiency. Although this may be pure speculation at this point, we believe the redesigned Lexus ES will feature loads of new tech and luxury features. Below are a few highlights and wishlist items that we hope to see on the 2019 Lexus ES 350 releasing later this year.
- Larger, High-Resolution Navigation and Multimedia Display (maybe the same 12.3-inch that we see in the LS now?)
- Kick-sensor hands-free rear power trunk
- Wireless Charger
- Panoramic View Monitor
- Heads Up Display
- Triple Beam LED Headlamps
- Ambient Lighting
- Enform Wi-Fi
- Dynamic Navigation and Dynamic Voice Command
- New Wood Trim Options
- New Color Options
The possibilities are endless! Tune in for the official reveal of the 2019 ES next week. We will be back with more details as they become available.
